Exhibitions 2025.
10 Jan 2025
Exciting News!
We are thrilled to announce that we will be exhibiting at the BINDT Aerospace Event 2025 in Sheffield, England, on 1st April. Following that, we will be at the Aerospace Test and Development Show 2025 in Toulouse, France, from 30th September to 1st October. Finally, we will be showcasing our innovations at the Wales Aerospace Expo 2025 on 4th December.
As an automated NDT manufacturer, these events are fantastic opportunities for us to connect with both old and new customers. We look forward to discussing how our latest advancements can support your aerospace needs. Let's make these events memorable together!
Teach Pendant.
30 May 2024
I just wanted to write a quick post about our fully integrated teach pendant for easy control and programming. Most of our customers are happy using the motion panel embedded within the software but for those with larger systems or in instances where the control tower must be situated some distance from the machine, computer control is impractical or impossible. The teach pendant allows the operator full system control using independent jog buttons for each axis or combined controls for slopes, contours and kinematic moves. At the push of a button, coordinates can be sent to TiCore for easy remote scan pattern programming. The ultrasonic gate output means you can also check the signal response without having to run back and forth between the system and the controller. The pendant talks directly with the controller for maximised response time and the unit is hard-wired with an in-built emergency stop for enhanced safety and regulatory compliance.
This is available to purchase on new systems or as an upgrade to existing EtherCAT based systems.
Far from mundane!
24 Apr 2024
This month (and a bit...) has been far from mundane! On top of routine calibration and service visits (spread over 3 continents), since our last post we've installed and commissioned a new system in Zhuhai (China), exhibited at the fantastic BINDT Aerospace Event in Filton (Bristol, UK) and are in the middle of building 2 new inspection systems. We've had a strong start to 2024 and we're showing no signs of slowing!
Composite Scanners.
28 Mar 2024
Two composite scanners entering the assembly stage.
One system is a rectilinear scanner and the other will be used for web-scanning. Both customers will be scanning aerospace parts.
These two systems will be added to our already growing catalogue.
1, Disc scanners.
2, Fan-blade scanners.
3, Rectilinear scanners.
4, Web scanners.
5, Cartesian rigs.
6, Robotic arms.
